Late Policy

We have a 9-minute late policy. Please call to let us know when you are running late so we can best accommodate you. If you are more than 9 minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a no-show and we may have to reschedule all or part of your services.

Cancellation + No-Show Policy

We value your time and we hope that you value ours. Our staff is in high demand and we run based on an appointment-only system. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that time with clients who are on our waiting list and desperately need to be seen.

– More than 2 cancelations with less than a 24-hour notice will require 50% deposit for future bookings. Deposits are only refundable if cancelled with a 48-hour notice.

– Any single no-show without notice will be required to provide a 50% deposit for future bookings. Deposits are only refundable if cancelled with a 48-hour notice.

– We reserve the right to cancel future appointments for any single no-show offense.
